QRAdds provides listing publication and maintenance, QR code, and QR statistics services.
The features, price, taxes, operating or subscription period, and other material terms of each service are stated with the relevant service before purchase.
QRAdds is not the seller of the goods or services offered in listings and is not a party to transactions concluded between users.
The User is responsible for the truthfulness and legality of published information, images, and links and for having the right to use them. Publishing illegal, misleading, fraudulent, or third-party rights-infringing content, as well as goods and services prohibited by law, is forbidden. QRAdds may reject, suspend, or delete non-compliant content.
QR statistics is a separate subscription service and is available while the relevant subscription is active.
Consumers have the right of withdrawal provided by law. By requesting immediate activation of the service, the User agrees that service provision may begin before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. If the right of withdrawal is exercised after service provision has begun, the User must pay for the portion of the service already provided. Once the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal expires in the cases provided by law.
By making a purchase or using QRAdds, the User agrees to these terms. The laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia apply to the service, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable to the consumer.
In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between this English translation and the Latvian version, the Latvian version shall prevail.
